Point Pleasant resident Jacqui Kapinowski [front row, center] had the opportunity to meet New York Gov. David Paterson [back] while participating in the 15K Utica Boilermaker Road Race in Utica, N.Y. recently. Ms. Kapinowski, who was joined by her Team USA Wheelchair Curling teammates James Joseph [from left] and James Pierce, took home first place in the women’s wheelchair division during the race.
